  1. Breaking the Ice: Identity, Expression, and Fear
    • Read a short document about overcoming fear and speaking out.
    • Group discussion: What stops us from speaking freely?
    • Activity: “Who Am I?” word clouds and group interviews.
    • Students write short pieces about themselves and their goals.
  2. Gratitude & Family Life
    • Read about the unseen support families provide and the role of gratitude.
    • Discussion on emotional intelligence at home.
    • Mind map of “What I receive from others.”
    • Students write letters of gratitude to family members.
  3. School as a Community
    • Read a piece on cooperation, respect, and integrity in school life.
    • Debate: “What makes a great Activity room?”
    • Small group dialogue circles: airing frustrations and ideals.
    • Students draft a “Student Code of Honor.”
  4. Understanding Friendship & Peer Influence
    • Read about loyalty, support, and peer pressure.
    • Activity: Role-play scenarios of conflict and support.
    • Write a short story about a friendship test.
    • Build a group “Friendship Charter.”
  5. Cultural Awareness & Being Part of Society
    • Readings on respect for tradition, manners, and civic values.
    • Discuss cultural misunderstandings and how to build bridges.
    • Students interview each other about their home traditions.
    • Create posters on “How to Make Society Better.”
  6. Teamwork & Leadership
    • Read a story about a reluctant leader who grows into their role.

  8. Elocution, Public Speaking, and Voice
    • Learn techniques for voice projection, pronunciation, and storytelling.
    • Practice reading their previously written letters or stories aloud.
    • Engage in a “Confidence Walk + Spoken Word Circle.”
    • Students record a video message for their future selves.
  9. Collaborative Writing: Building a Group Document
    • Review all past work: gratitude letters, manifestos, stories, and speeches.
    • Group selects core themes and lessons.
    • Begin drafting the Breakthrough Activity Document: a collaborative vision for life, society, and character.
  10. Final Presentation and Sharing
  • Rehearse and perform group readings of selections from the Activity document.
  • Family and teacher sharing circle (optional).
  • Receive personal feedback and encouragement notes from peers and instructors.
  • Celebrate with a certificate and symbolic “key to expression.”

Final Outcome

By the end of the course, each student will have:

    • Written at least 6 original, values-based pieces.
    • Participated in over 20 structured peer interactions.
    • Developed confidence in both reading and speaking English aloud.
    • Co-authored a final Activity document expressing collective values and social insight.
